Much more than organic

Why choose HiPP Organic?

Only the finest, gentle organic ingredients make it into HiPP Organic’s formula milk – gentle because no pesticides are used in the pastures where our cows graze.

What does it mean to be organic? It means we’re working with nature, not against it. As pioneers in organic farming for more than 60 years and one of the largest organic farmers in the world, we take our role as environmental stewards very seriously. HiPP only uses milk from farms that fully comply with the guidelines of organic farming, where the cows are fed on natural grass, hay and grains to ensure the best organic quality of our milk.

Customer Questions
Where can I buy HiPP Organic's formula milk?

You can purchase HiPP Organic’s formula milk directly from our own website.

Please get in touch with your local store first before visiting for up-to-date stock information.

How can I get in touch with HiPP?

For general enquiries, please contact our customer service team using this form or call us on 0800 2984477 (Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm, excluding Bank Holidays).

For questions about products and stock on our website or a recent order, please email our shop team at hippshop@promotionalhandling.co.uk or call us at 0800 0129079 (Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm, excluding Bank Holidays).

How long can ready to feed formula sit out?

Once a ready to feed bottle has been opened, this should be fed to the baby straight away, or within 2 hours of opening if kept at room temperature. Any remaining formula in the HiPP bottle that is not being used for that feed can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours for first infant milk or 48 hours for follow on or growing up milk.

Can I bring ready to feed formula on an aeroplane?

Yes. The 100ml carry-on limit for liquids doesn't apply to formula milk or baby foods. This means you can take a reasonable amount of each to meet your baby's needs for the journey. There’s no legal limit to how much you can take; however, we would recommend you check with the airport/travel company before you travel.

Remember to pack or buy enough formula to cope with any flight delays you might encounter – they're bad enough without adding a hungry baby to the mix!

During your flight, you might want to also offer your baby occasional drinks of cooled, boiled water; the dry atmosphere on an aeroplane is very dehydrating, and it can affect babies much more quickly than adults.

Can you warm up ready to feed formula?

HiPP ready to feed formula can be fed at room temperature or warmed if that is your baby’s preference.  If milk has been heated, then always check the temperature before feeding.  Never reheat the formula.

Can you put a ready to feed formula in the fridge?

Once opened, the ready to feed bottles can be stored in a fridge for up to 24 hours for first infant milk or 48 hours for follow on and growing up milks.
