Allergy Advice
Please note:
The ingredients and allergy information is correct at time of issue and is checked on a regular basis, but we always recommend that you check the product label for ingredient information.
Important Feeding Information

- Do not heat feds in a microwave - hot spots may occur which could cause scalding.
- A responsible person should be with your baby during feeding.
- Clean your baby's teeth regularly and introduce a cup or beaker as soon as possible to prevent prolonged frequent contact of teeth with milk fees, which may increase the risk of tooth decay.
- Unused milk left in this bottle can be resealed and stored in the fridge for up to 48 hours.

Preparing the feed

Please follow preparation and feeding instructions carefully, failure to do so may make your baby ill.

1. Check best before date and shake well before use.
2. Remove plastic lid and gently squeeze bottle to check if foil seal is intact.
3. Pour required amount of milk into a bottle or beaker.
4. Feed at room temperature or warm if desired (check temperature before feeding).
5. For hygiene reasons, discard any unfinished feed in bottle or beaker as soon as possible and always within 2 hours.

Feeding Guide

Babies from 6 months onwards need about 500ml to 600ml of HiPP Organic follow-on milk per day, either as a drink, on cereals or added to other foods. However this is only a guide and your baby may needs more or less than this.

What is the difference between ready to feed stage 1 and ready to feed stage 2?

Stage 1 ready to feed is a nutritionally complete breastmilk substitute, suitable from birth, and contains all the nutrients your baby needs if they are not being breastfed. The only food recognised by the World Health Organisation as a suitable and safe alternative to breastmilk is a scientifically developed infant formula.

Stage 2 ready to feed is suitable for babies who are 6 months old and formulated to be used alongside a varied weaning diet. It is developed to meet the nutritional needs of older infants and contains higher levels of some nutrients, such as vitamin D and iron.

When can I use ready to feed follow on milk?

Follow on milks can be fed to babies once they have reached 6 months of age and have started to be weaned onto a solid diet.

How long can I leave ready to feed follow on milk out for?

Once a ready to feed bottle has been opened, it should be fed to the baby straightaway or within 2 hours of opening if kept at room temperature. Any formula in the HiPP bottle not being used for that feed can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.
