A delicious puree of apples, mango and peaches.
Squeeze the puree onto a spoon or into a bowl for feeding. Serve at room temperature or stand pouch in hot water to warm. Always check temperature before feeding. Do not heat pouch in microwave. Ensure pouch is undamaged
and try before feeding. As a dessert on its own or for mixing with baby cereals.
Frequent sucking of fruit puree may cause tooth decay. To protect teeth, avoid prolonged exposure with fruit puree and
brush them regularly.
Any unwarmed puree left in the pouch can be resealed and stored in the fridge for 24 hours. Any puree decanted into a
bowl should be discarded after use.

Introduce your baby to a wide variety of vegetables and fruits during weaning. They will help contribute to a healthy balanced diet, providing essential vitamins and minerals. Portion sizes will be smaller than those recommended for adults in the "5 a day" campaign, but as a guide a toddler will probably have around 40g as a portion.
